Subtle Poison

Never judge a book by its cover,
The quiet may be the most manipulative;
Still waters run deep, and barking dogs seldom bite.

Beware of one that choose to keep his lips tight, and his subordinates on their toes. Silently assessing them, for what they do and did not do.

Alas for the one who cannot read his mind, nor guess his expectations of them. He will suffer a fate similar to a taint of lethal poison, slowly coursing through the veins; wanting to improve but afraid of being chastise.
