Pushing unnecessarily beyond its capability causes the blade to be broken.
Not every event should be treated as an emergency, and not every stoke is necessary.

Know a system/method well, and you will be able to review/troubleshoot on the spot;
Or lament at the lost of opportunities caused by the wrong application of a method/setting/strategy, or the lost of a team pushed beyond the boundaries of striving for a common good/purpose.
